As one of our caring friends, you know about the ongoing persecution and displacement of Iraqi Christians.


They remain targets of violent attacks. They need food, housing, and other humanitarian assistance. They need help in rebuilding their communities that ISIS destroyed. They need jobs so they can once again support their families. And their suffering was made worse during the chaos surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your renewal gift will help in so many vital ways:

Humanitarian Assistance

  • You’ll give weekly spiritual and food nourishment and items of clothing to more than 200 very poor families in the St. George's Church congregation in Baghdad.

  • You’ll provide food and other assistance to 120 refugee families at the Assemblies of God Church in Jordan. And also secure food vouchers for refugee families at the Greek Catholic Church, also in Jordan, that can be redeemed at local grocery stores.

Iraqi refugee children need your help.

Health Care

  • You will help treat the sick and injured with free medical care, including prescriptions, at our medical clinic in St. George’s Church in Baghdad — which serves over 1,000 patients per month of all faiths.

  • You will provide personal hygiene packets to Christian families in displacement camps in the Kurdistan region of Iraq to stem the spread of COVID-19.

Education

  • You will fund the afternoon school for Christian refugees that we initiated in Jordan in 2015 — and which is widely recognized as a model for the region.

  • You’ll provide schooling for displaced children in the kindergarten and special needs center we fund and the all-girls school we built in Iraqi Kurdistan. 

Nineveh SEED (Sustainable Enterprise Economic Development) Program

  • You will advance this unique initiative that supports business development projects in the Nineveh Plain of Iraq, the historical home of Christians. These businesses create jobs, generate economic growth, advance a culture of self-sufficiency and further stability for Christians who want to remain in their homeland in the wake of ISIS.

The Olive Tree Center

You helped us open the first Olive Tree Center in Madaba, Jordan, less than two years ago. It helps more than 100 Iraqi Christian refugee families every month. They get food, education, workforce training, and counseling. Your renewed support will help us open a second Olive Tree Center in Jordan very soon!
